I have a problem with Teams

Can't connect to Teams or access one of your classes?

I can't connect to Teams
Step 1: Did you retrieve your schedule on Omnivox?
Yes – Login with your LCI email address.
No – Retrieve your schedule on Omnivox. Your LCI address will be sent to you within 24 hours on your personal email.

Step 2: Did you receive your LCI email?
Yes – Go to Step 3.
No – Have you checked your junk mail?

Step 3: Did you use your Omnivox password?
Yes – Do your double authentification.
No – Try logging in again with your LCI address and Omnivox password. Consult the tutorial in the section towards My virtual classes

Step 4: Can you do your double authentication?
Yes – Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.
No – Contact our technical support at 514-939-2006, ext. 3777 or at 3777@lcieducation.com.

Step 5: See the user guide in the My Virtual Classes section. Does it work?
Yes – Have a good semester!
No – Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.

I don't have access to the Chat of my class on Teams
Do you use a computer?
Yes – Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.
No – Fewer features are available on mobile or tablet devices. We recommend using a computer.

I don't see one of my classes
Did you ask your teacher to add you to their class?
Yes – Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.
No – Contact your teacher by mio to ask him/her to add you.

I don't see the Join button
Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.

I have a technical problem
Step 1: Are you on a computer?
Yes – Go to Step 2.
No – Connect to a computer to have access to all features.

Step 2: Do you use a MAC computer?
Yes – Go to Step 3.
No – Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.

Step 3: Have you authorized all the settings for using Teams?
Yes – Contact your department technician by consulting the Who are my contacts? section.
No – Allow all Teams settings.

I have a problem with Splashtop or Teradici
Have you visited the Tutorials for Specialized Software section on the My Virtual Classes page?
